One (half-day) workshop $3000*
Full day workshops [both or one repeated] $5000*
Requirements:
Copies of The Survival Guide for Marriage in the Military are to be ordered and provided to all participants. Professionals should receive The Survival Guide at least three weeks prior to the workshop with a cover letter provided by the author. Couples should be given copies of The Survival Guide upon arrival at the workshop.
Room set-up, audio-visual equipment to support a Power Point presentation, and a flip chart will be provided by the host command.
Commands can record the workshops and make them available for viewing by couples and professionals that were not able to be present on the condition that a copy is provided to the author.
*Travel, meals and billeting expenses on the part of the author are included in these fees (within CONUS).
*Commands (within CONUS) that order 500 or more copies of The Survival Guide for Marriage in the Military qualify to have the workshop, billeting and travel fees waived. Commands outside CONUS that place similar orders will have the workshop fee waived. Commands that in the past ordered the Marriage and Military Life inventory or the first edition of The Survival Guide for Marriage in the Military qualify for a discount in the workshop fee in proportion to their previous order(s).
*Fees may be negotiated and reduced for multiple contracts involving different commands in the same geographical area.
