Refund Policy
Any book, program or inventory that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge as soon as the damaged item is returned to PlainTec.
Any unsatisfied customer can return a product in the mail and receive a refund for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling fees and a $3.00 refund processing fee).
